WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • We Offer Free Worldwide Shipping
  • All Orders are shipped out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days
  • Because we ship directly from our partners’ facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) are shipped using major couriers as follows and the transit time is dependent on your location & product you have selected,
    • US Shipping,
      • All items above $100 in individual product cost will be shipped via any of the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service which will take anywhere between 1-2 Weeks to reach you.
      • All items below $100 in individual product cost will be shipped using economy shipping, which may take 2-3 weeks to reach you.
    • Canada Shipping,
      • For Canada shipment, please add 4-6 days to the normal USA shipping time.
    • International Shipping,
      • For all international shipping (exclude Canada) please add 10+ days to the normal USA shipping time.
  • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to this reason, you may receive the items separately - i.e one before the other - Please don't worry, your orders are on their way!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron.
• PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

• Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
• Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKES SO LONG?

• Our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than other competitors.
• The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Where do I Track My Order?

All your orders can be tracked with a tracking number which we share with you. 

  • If you receive a Shipping Notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information.
  • Sometimes it takes up to 48-72 hours to update Tracking Status.
  • Once you receive the tracking number, you may track it here:- TRACK YOUR ORDER

I Never Received My Order?

  • If you do not receive your order, please review our delivery timeframes. Certain items and locations have a longer timeframe.
    • Most orders arrive within our estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
      Tracking information may only be available for delivery confirmation.
    • International shipping has an extended timeframe. Click Here for International delivery times.
    • If you cannot locate your past-due order after following the steps below, contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

 

  • If your order was not delivered within these timeframes, please follow the steps listed below.
    • Locate your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email or log into My Account and select Order Status. Use the tracking information to track your order on the carrier website.
    • Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.
    • In your absence, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.
    • If you followed these steps and still cannot locate a past-due order, contact us for assistance.

P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO
